New Orleans Update #2: I got tattooed.. for six straight hours.

• Poppy for my Poppy, rose for my grandmother because it’s her favorite flower, a Scottish thistle for my father because of our Scottish heritage and because we both fucking love Braveheart, a magnolia for my mother because it’s her favorite flower and it’s the state flower of Louisiana, and three orange blossoms for three brothers from the state of Florida.

• My two brothers and I (three brothers) are each four years apart (4-4-4). But I got this for two birds, one stone; my father was a taxi cab driver in Tampa, Florida from before I was born up until six years ago. I pretty much grew up in and with that cab. His cab number was always triple-four (4-4-4).
